PropConnex Real Estate Competition

The PropConnex Real Estate Competition is for students interested in property and investment. Participants work in teams to analyse real-world real estate opportunities, apply valuation and financial modelling techniques, and present strategic investment recommendations. It’s a practical, high-impact way to build technical skills and gain exposure to the real estate industry. National finals are held in Sydney and global finals are held in New York.

UBS Investment Banking Challenge

The UBS Investment Banking Challenge sees students pitch a real-life M&A transaction to a panel representing the Board of the respective company. The competition requires students to go beyond their studies and offers a great opportunity to implement the skills gained from the FAWA Modelling Workshop and UBS Campus Presentation. The winning team compete in the National Finals in Melbourne.

Argonaut Stock Pitch Challenge

The Argonaut Stock Pitch Challenge is a flagship competition where students analyse listed companies and present high-conviction investment recommendations. Working in teams, participants apply financial modelling, valuation, and market analysis to build and defend a compelling stock pitch. It’s an opportunity to sharpen technical skills and gain real-world insight into equity research and investing.
